The movie was announced on the grand scale on 9th August 2017 by Mumbai Dabbawalla Club on their Facebook page. An animated trailer was posted on BHARATMATA-DUBAI's official YouTube channel on 11 April 2018, which had gone viral amongst children. The trailer had got over 8k views in 24 hours.
